Through the Sandbox Lens #32, June 11, 2011 and Photo Friday — Ceres and Friend, Halifax Public Gardens

With just over a week to go before I head home to Halifax, I thought I’d share this shot. I took this the last time I was in Halifax back in 2006, yes five years ago! Sea gulls are common and this one looks right at home on top of Ceres!

This is my contribution to Photo Friday at Delicious Baby.

You must be really looking forward to seeing Halifax again Nancie. Hope you have a fab time. We’re thinking of heading back to Manchester (UK) soon to see friends who’ve just had a baby. It’ll be very strange after nearly 4 years – but nice. 🙂

It’s always nice to go home, but strange after so long away. I haven’t been back since 2006. Enjoy Manchester.
