I was going through photos this week and came across this gorgeous shot taken at Prague’s Kampa Island, easily accessible from the Charles Bridge. I spent quite a bit of time on Kampa Island, visiting the museums, the John Lennon Wall, and eating in the restaurants. I would love to go back. Have you visited Kampa Island? What did you think?

Hi Nancie, that’s beautiful photo of the Devi’s Streaml!
Kampa Island is one of my favorite part of Prague. I loved its quaintness and charm. And for such a tiny island it has too much to offer – great museum, good restaurants, beautiful canal, colorful buildings, etc. Thanks for bringing back memories.
Thanks Marisol…it is gorgeous, isn’t it!
No I have never been to this part of Europe, but this walk along the river looks lovely.
Have a great week, and thank you for stopping by my blog today.
Hi Jill, you’re welcome. If you ever get the chance to visit Prague, I highly recommend it!
What a gorgeous photo, Nancie! 🙂

That absolutely looks like a painting. Beautiful shot, Nancie.
Thanks, Jackie, really one of the prettiest places in Prague.
I’ve never been to Prague or Kampa Island. But it looks like a lovely spot for a romantic stroll or to just sit and read a book! Thanks for linking up for Wanderlust Wednesday!
My pleasure, Dana! If you ever have the chance to visit Prague, don’t hesitate. The city is a jewel!
Thanks for introducing me to Kampa Island, Nancie. So picturesque!
