If you are in Chiang Mai you still have time to visit the Royal Flora, and if you even remotely like flowers, it is a must see. The show ends on March 14th, so time is a ticking. As I mentioned in a previous post, this is a perfect day trip for the budget traveler. Complimentary transportation is available from Chiang Mai, and the cost of an entrance ticket is only 200 baht.
This is one of my favorite shots from the show. The deep red draws me into the shot. I believe these are a variety of poppies, and if anyone thinks differently let me know.
