Update January 13, 2020: Nightly price is still accurate.
AirBnB is often my go to accommodation provider, and I wasn’t disappointed when I searched AirBnB Moncton. I was attending Blog Jam 2018, and I wanted affordable accommodation close to the downtown core.
My basic criteria was close to downtown, under $50.00/night, reasonable cleaning fees, clean, free wifi, lock on the room door, and quiet.
What I found was a cozy nicely decorated room located just off Main Street in Moncton’s downtown. The house is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything a person needs to make a cup of coffee or cook a meal. A well-appointed bathroom also houses a washer and dryer. They are available to use at no extra charge. If the weather had cooperated, I could have easily walked to the conference venue at the Delta Hotel. The property is also a short walk from Moncton’s Avenir Centre, which hosts major concerts and sporting events throughout the year. You’ll also find restaurants and shopping close by. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of ethnic restaurants in the area.
I didn’t have much time to explore Moncton on this trip. Visitors to the city will find good shopping, museums, and a casino. In the summertime be sure to visit the nearby beaches on the Bay of Fundy

Hi Anita. Absolutely! There are lots of good reasons to visit both Moncton and the rest of the Maritimes. Can make for a great road trip.
I haven’t been to Moncton before but I’ve used Air BnB quite a bit in my travels lately and have come up with a great bunch of them. I’m finding them to be a good resource.
