Welcome to another week of Travel Photo Thursday. One more sleep, before I head out on my Canadian travel adventure. I’m more than excited about going home. During the next five to six weeks I’ll spend time on both coasts. I can’t wait for the adventures to begin. Here are a few of my favorite shots from past Canadian travel.
To join in the Travel Photo Thursday fun simply post a photo on your blog.

Happy Birthday to your dad. You’ve shown me so many great photos of Canada that I can’t decide where to go (or what to eat) first. My son loved Vancouver and has been begging to go back. I’m also taking a break from expat life and am on my home visit in Texas.

Absolutely beautiful pictures of Canada, Nancie! I can imagine how excited you must be to go home and spend this special birthday with your dad. I’m salivating looking at the food pictures. Looking forward to following along on your Canadian adventure this summer. We’re heading off to Munich, Prague and London within the next two weeks. Safe travels!
Hi Mary! Enjoy your European holiday. I was in Prague and Budapest last summer, and enjoyed every moment.
Can’t link, but want to wish you the best on your Canadian coastal travels this summer. Have a wonderful time and, especially, enjoy the time with your dad!
Great pics! Really makes me want to go back to Canada! My Dad’s birthday was June 16th and he would have been 90 as well. You are blessed to have your Dad here to celebrate…enjoy!

Enjoy your homecoming. A coast to coast trip across Canada is still on my wish list, and you keep tempting me to move it up.
Wow, I would go crazy with all the delicious looking seafood, the clam chowder and fishcakes looks amazing! The sunsets look very nice considering its the East Coast.
What a milestone for your Dad, and how special that you get to travel back and celebrate him! Loved seeing the different in coasts from West to East.
90? WOW! That’s a not to be missed birthday, Nancie. I’m sure you must be thrilled to be going home for that celebration. And look at all the wonderful trips you have planned and all that food! I could almost taste that chowder and fish cakes. Enjoy!!!
I really like Atlantic Canada, especially the Celtic influence that’s so prevalent in the music. we once went from main to nova scotia to New foundland to new brunswick by car and ferry. The night ferry rides were brutal, but the scenery was raw and dramatic and beautiful.
Hi Nancie,
Wonderful photos of your favorite Canadian travel images. I hope you made it home safely. Enjoy all the lobster and most of all enjoy the time with your Dad. It’s so special that he’s turning 90. Happy Birthday to him!

Great photos. I love Vancouver Island and Halifax. Both are great places. Your first photos reminded me of some beautiful sunsets from my sister’s house overlooking Brentwood Bay on Vancouver Island. Made me think it is getting close to time for another visit.
It’s been too long since I’ve visited this region, I would love to go again and fall time sounds so nice.
Fabulous pictures of Canada – ohh please let me visit soon! You Dad looked well for 90, I do hope he is still well and thriving.
