Travel Photo Thursday, August 11, 2011 –“At the Office” — Chiang Mai, Thailand

Last Updated on August 11, 2011 by Nancie

Welcome to another week of Travel Photo Thursday. I’m wrapping up my final week here in Chiang Mai. I’ll be heading back to Korea on the Monday “red-eye”. What a summer it’s been! I think I’ll name it the “Jet Leg Chronicles”. From Seoul to Nova Scotia, and back again and then onto Thailand. There were quite a few days that my poor brain had no idea of the time, the date, or the hour. Sadly, the blog and the camera have not seen a whole lot of action. The good news is I do have lots to write about, and fingers crossed that in another couple of weeks you’ll see some great new content from both my time in Nova Scotia and Chiang Mai.

To join in the Travel Photo Thursday fun simply post a photo on your blog. Return here and place your link in the Mr. Linky at the bottom of this post. Please remember to leave a comment after you link. Finally, if you have a few moments, visit the others who have linked. Perhaps you can give them a tweet, a stumble, or a comment on their TRAVEL PHOTO THURSDAY.

Please post a link to a post featuring a travel photo, not simply a link to your blog.

If you do tweet a shot, please use the hashtag #TPThursday.

Once again, one of those totally unexpected shots! Aren’t they so often the best ones? This lady was coming over the footbridge that spans the moat outside the old city here in Chiang Mai. She was kind enough to even flash me a great smile.

As so often happens for this budget traveler, this great moment was FREE!

  1. This is a terrific photo, Nancie. It’s perfectly framed and I love all of the texture. (I’m so busy this week that I didn’t post a new photo on my site, so I’m using one I posted yesterday. But I can’t say where I took it!)
