This looks amazing! I’m going to have to see if I can do something similar this summer, being around the snow in summer weather would be perfect, because snow is beautiful but I don’t particularly care for the cold. I’m trying to make a trip up to Canada this summer for sure though, not sure exactly where to go. Suggestions? I’d be looking for some destinations west of Saskatchewan. Thanks for sharing your great pics!

Traveling to a ski lodge at the beginning of summer when it’s 80 degrees and finding a fair amount of snow, was strange, even for this Canadian. However, it was fun, and probably a memory that will stay with me for a long time to come. Have you ever experienced snow on the ground when the summer temps are soaring? The robin and her eggs is another one of those lifetime memories. I had never watched one build a nest, lay her eggs, and sit on them, all in the same week!

Mount Baker is beautiful. I would have never guessed that it’s 80 degrees outside in that pic. No wonder everyone is wearing sandals.

Great photos, as always — Love those colorful sandals! I remember how great I thought it was as a kid when I first saw snow up close on a mountain in July. Of course, it was cold up there, but hot in the valley.
