Hi Anne. Thanks for the warm welcome home, and I’m happy that you found your way to my blog. I can’t wait to move into my condo and become part of the community. I’ve been to the Farmer’s Market and loved it. Buying fresh, local produce is always high on my list. I’m not familiar with the “Rare and Unusual Plant Sale”. Can’t wait! Your bike ride sounds like an adventure, too. I should (fingers crossed) be moving in around the end of the month.

You’ve chosen a remarkable spot “just down the road” from where I live beside St. Mary’s Bay. I love the farmers’ market, the annual “Rare and Unusual Plant Sale,” the tidal station and the picturesque street hugging Annapolis Basin. At least once every summer, our group of women cycle the return trip between Annapolis Royal and Bridgetown. The area is clearly a favourite. Congratulations, and welcome home.

In reply to Ruth. Hi Ruth. I have always worn contacts, but the last pair I purchased in Korea went cloudy on me after only 18 months. Now that I'm back in Canada I'll probably go back to contacts. Although those sunglasses do go over my glasses without any problems. I have also seen sunglasses designed specifically to be worn over glasses.

Sunglasses over glasses! I have never been able to do that (that is why I use mostly contact lenses). You had excellent weather! Really like days like that. I know you must be busy but I can see you are enjoying your days. #TPThursday

What an exciting chapter of your life! Annapolis Royal looks so charming. I love that lighthouse and signs of Fall colors. But, I really love those red chairs. It really is a great idea to take some time and enjoy the scenery and sights.

I’ve never been to Annapolis Royal. I looked it up on Google Maps to see it’s location. It looks like a beautiul place to live.
